Thomas married Catharine Maria Isabella VAS, daughter of Domingo Salvador VAS and Florina Esperanca REGO. Catharine was born in 1873 and died in 1902 at age 29.

4. Rosa Maria SUARES (Joseph², Thomas¹) was born on Sep 6, 1821.

Rosa married Gregorio Domingo VAS, son of Minguel VAS. Gregorio was born on May 2, 1816 and died in 1857 at age 41.

Children from this marriage were:

+ 8    i. Paschalia Concessio VAS was born in 1840 in Kallianpur, Udupi, Karnataka, India and died on Aug 9, 1902 at age 62.

+ 9    ii. Joanna Apppoliana VAS was born in Kallianpur, Udupi, Karnataka, India.

   10    iii. Isabella VAS was born in Kallianpur, Udupi, Karnataka, India.

Isabella married Alex ALBUQUERQUE, son of João ALBUQUERQUE and Antonia NORONHA.

+ 11    iv. Minguel Cajetan VAS was born circa 1847.

+ 12    v. Manuel Salvadore VAS was born about 1850.

   13    vi. Ignatia VAS .

   14    vii. Marian VAS was born in 1854.

5. Custudio SUARES (Joseph², Thomas¹) was born in 1832.

Custudio married Maria SEQUEIRA, daughter of John SEQUEIRA and Esperanca D'SOUZA. Maria was born in 1842.

Children from this marriage were:

+ 15    i. Joseph Emmanuel SUARES was born in 1858.

+ 16    ii. Angela SUARES

+ 17    iii. Marcelline SUARES was born in 1878 and died on Jul 6, 1938 at age 60.
